Description advanced ultratech seal and dry sbr is a styrene butadiene latex co, Polymer, Multipurpose bonding agent which functions as a a waterproofing agent, Binder & for modifying mortar & concrete. For waterproofing of surfaces which need high attention due to its severity ultratech seal & dry works well with use. It serves as a modifier in mortar and screed for repair of old concrete and plaster. It strongly bonds old concrete and plaster surfaces with new layers of concrete or plaster/mortar. Preparing the surface for optimal results the surface eliminating oil to prevent bond interference agent, Dirt, Dust, Laitance wipe down the area with wire brush/water jet/mopping wet the surface in conjunction with water and bring it to surface saturated dry condition corroded reinforced bars should cleaned and, Be exposed treated with ultratech seal & dry 5 plus application as a waterproofing coat mix ultratech seal & dry sbr and cement to form slurry based on the procedure given above. The ratio should be kept as per the mix ratio given within the table apply the first coat of slurry using stiff brush on the surface and after the first apply second, Coat dries coat in the direction perpendicular to the first coat as a bonding coat pour ultratech seall & dry sbr in a mixing bucket and add cement powder as per the mix ratio given in the table on the next page mix them thoroughly to develop a thick slurry apply one coat of slurry by using stiff brush. Place the new concrete/mortar while the bond coat is tacky, Within 20, 30 minutes of application
