Optimized Skid Mounted Acid Heating System for Continuous Industrial Use
We recently executed the order for design, Supply, Installation, And commissioning of skid mounted acid heating system at acid pickling line. Previously the acid solution of pickling bath was heated by direct steam injection inside which lead, The bath to dilution of acid concentration due to condensation of steam. In this each skid, Current system comprises tantalum shell & tube type heat exchangers for closed, Loop acid heating, Pumps, Steam trap, Steam valves unit with automated temperature control system. The entire acid line piping is with ptfe lining. This system will enable increase thus productivity, Line speed along with the standard of plate coils.
