High-Quality SS Vacuum Tray Dryer with Custom Capacity and Features
Vacuum tray dryer works under vacuum conditions on the conduction principle. Inside the dryer are several shelves having trays on which the offerings consist of placed. Top most shelf is a dummy shelf placed there to secure appropriate heating and to hinder the dried powder from escaping into the solvent extraction system. Shelves are constructed hollow with baffles cum stiffeners placed in between shelves. Every shelf has an entry and exit points nozzle and is associated with an inlet and outlet header through these nozzles. Capacities 4, 6, 12, 24, 48, 60 & 96 trays
