Terms & conditions, 1. Please give us rent agreement in our prescribed format and work order along with advance payment before despatch of machine. 2. Please make payment by way of neft/rtgs/dd/cheque drawn in favour of bhopal motors pvt. Ltd.,Indore 3. Both side transportation to be borne by you. 4. Operation hours 240 per calender month. Balance hour if any is not going to be carryforwarded for next month. Extra hours will be charged exponentially. 5. Single operator for single shift. Extra operator will be furnished on payment basis. 6. Your site supervisor should sign our logbook daily to certify working as per hour meter. In absence of signature of your supervisor hour meter reading noted by our operator will be considered for billing. 7. No liquidity damages clause will be applicable to us. 8. Diesel cost and its transportation will be borne by you. 9. Gst at applicable rate will be charged extra. Current rate is 18%. 10. You should allow one day breakdown per month on payment basis for repair and maintenance. 11. Above rate is without rock breaker. If rock breaker supplied at extra cost its chiesel will be supplied once in a month. Extra chisel will be supplied on payment basis. Not a single one is present warranty on chisel. 12. In absence of payment in advance we may, With us instruct our operator not to operate machine till receipt of payment. No breakdown will be considered for such stopage. 13. Please prepare e way bill if our machine is moved on truck from your one site to another site. 14. This deal is subject to indore jurisdiction only.
