Furthermore, Mayo world software pvt. Ltd. is not liable or responsible to anyone for any third party websites or any content, goods, or services that are made available on such Third Party Websites.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

You must have a compatible mobile phone or portable device, internet access, and the requisite minimal requirements (referred to as "Software Requirements") in order to use the Application.
The application software version may occasionally be upgraded to support new features and services.

Users are bound by this additional disclaimer when using any Mayo world service via the internet, including the www.mayoworld.com website, phone, or any other medium, and they are advised to conduct appropriate research before relying on, acting upon, or engaging in any transaction (of any kind, including but not limited to financial transaction) with the advertiser listed with Mayo world. REGISTERED USER's
For the convenience of Users and to make it simple for them to use the website, a formal process has been made available on the website for individuals who wish to register as Users of the Web Site.

Users can register as Users by filling out an online registration form on the website and entering the necessary information (such as their name, contact information, business information, etc.). Following successful registration, Mayo World Private Limited will create an account ("Account") for the User(s) and provide them with a user alias ("User ID") and password ("Password"). Ltd may, in its sole discretion, issue User(s) a web-based email or messaging account ("Email Account") with a constrained amount of storage space for sending and receiving emails and messages. Users acknowledge and agree that Mayo World shall not be held liable or responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, inconveniences, delays, business interruptions, or expenditures of any type that may come from or be related to any Transaction Risks. Users are solely responsible for adhering to all terms and conditions of any transactions made on, through, or as a result of using any content, information, or other materials made available on the web site. This includes, but is not limited to, terms governing payments, reverts, warranty claims, transporting, insurance, charges, taxes, title, licences, fines, permits, handling, transportation, and storage. TERMINATION

But IIL retains the right to revoke access to some Web Site features or sections (for paying or registered Users(s)) at any time, for any cause, and either with or without prior notification to such User (s). (b) If the offending User’s abuses any agreement terms.

(d) If User publish any content unrelated to trade or commercial co-operation..

(e) If User unlawfully upload information or carry on business in any way while posing as another person or business entity.

(f) If User involved in the Web Site database, network, or associated services by unauthorised access, usage, change, or control.

(g) If the user gets the username and/or password of another registered user.

(h) Or any other User action that might not be in line with morals and ethical business conduct.

The right to re-register or join the Web Site under a new account or name shall be revoked in the event that Mayo world Pvt Ltd terminates the membership of any registered User(s), including those User(s) who have paid for Mayo world Pvt Ltd paid services. No subscription/membership fee/charges paid by the User(s) will be returned in any termination scenario. Users acknowledge that their business may suffer if they are unable to utilise the website completely or in part for whatever reason. The User(s) hereby agree that Mayo world Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors, or omissions with respect to any communication or transmission, or for any damage (direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise) caused by using or being unable to utilise the website or any of its services.

Amendment to user’s agreement:

Mayo World Pvt. Ltd retains the right to alter, change, or upgrade the Agreement from time to time. Any revised Agreement terms shall take effect as soon as they are posted on the Web Site. You must cease using the service right away if you do not agree to the terms. The updated terms of the Agreement will be regarded to have been accepted by you if you continue to use the service.

Assignment:

You are not permitted to transfer or assign these Terms of Service or any rights or licences granted here, but Mayo world is free to do so without restrictions.
