It also controls volume in auto mode. There are two mode of operation, As bellow1 auto mode2 manual modeauto mode in auto mode, User can set number of strokes per minute & volume for a batch. As per setting of number of strokes per minute & volume, Controller stops dosing upon finishing volume. For example if user set 300 strokes per minute & 60ml volume, Then controller stop dosing after 2 minutes . As actuator have specification of capacity 30ml/min for 300 strokes per min. Means it dose 0. 1ml per stroke. For next batch user should press start/inc key to start dosing. Setting parameter dosing pump controller has three keys for setting parameters. 1 set/enter key2 inc/start key3 dec/stop keyin normal run mode display flashes number of strokes per minute & mode of operation. When user press set key controller goes to setting parameter mode & first of all flashes stro & number of strokes per minute which may be change with inc & dec keys, Number of strokes per minute has limit of minimum 30 to maximum 300 strokes. When user press enter display flashes uol, & volume in milliliter ml that can be change with inc & volume has, Dec keys limit of minimum 10ml & maximum 1000ml. When user press enter key display flashes oprn & mode of operation auto or nnan means auto or manual mode & that can be select by inc & dec keys. Now when user press enter all setting parameters are saved & controller goes into run mode. Note 1 while controller is in setting parameter mode it stops dosing. Strokes 2 when controller is in setting parameter mode & user not press any key then controller goes into run mode automatically after 10 second. 3 when user press set/enter key & moves controller into setting parameter mode & change parameter like strokes or volume & not press enter till controller goes into run mode, Then controller goes to run mode automatically after 10 second yet fails to save setting. Hence user should press enter key till controller moves into run mode while setting parameter.
