Efficient Inventory and Stock Management for Dual Line Lubrication Systems
Balaji dual line pump consists of reciprocating motor driven plunger pump with inbuilt gear box. The pump incorporate a large grease reservoir with a heavy follower plate and tell tale rod. Limit switch is offered on the uppermost section of reservoir to indicate full and empty level of lubricant. On the pump outlet, Pressure inline filters, Relief value bleed value, Check value, Are provided as well as being connected to direction control value reversing value . The dc valve gets signal from pressure switches end pressure relay mounted on each line. The whole system is controlled with electric control panel. Control panel the feature of electric control panel are 1. Main supply indication 440v ac 2. Pump on & off indication and switches 3. Line 1 & line 2 separate indications 4. Selectable on, Off timer 5. Manual mode continues running auto mode running through timer 6. Auto on off when reservoir level goes down and up.
