HYBRID PETROL ENGINE RIG, Brand MODTECH

Technical specifications the complete hybrid / petrol engine is sure to be a fully functional training unit complete with inverter, Battery management unit and high voltage exhaust system, Battery unit and fuel tank & will be affixed to a robust iron base frame with castor wheels. The training rig will be designed based on latest technology petrol hybrid engines with multi point fuel injection system engine. The engine used will be a real sized petrol /hybrid engine completely functional with all additions including engine meter assembly, Radiator, Silencer, Meter cluster, Ecu, Accelerator, Inverter, Hybrid motor unit with, Battery pack, Battery management unit gear box, Fuel tank and other components. The working condition engine will be equipped with fuel tank and battery. Throttle control will be provided on the module to accelerate. The trainer will enable simulate engine start, Up, Speedup, Slowdown and other actions to enable hands, On about the working principle of petrol / hybrid engines. Terminals for operator to detect various sensors, Actuators, Electrical signals for engine such as, Control unit resistive, Voltage, Current, Frequency and wave form signals will be printed on a suitable board such that it is clearly visible with multi, Colour circuit diagram printed on the training module. Automobile meters will have fitted on for the training sessions module as well as the printed circuit diagram, To demonstrate engine speed, Temperature, Fuel pressure, Charging, Light etc., The training module will be fitted with diagnostic socket dlc for universal automobile decoder scan tool to read clear fault, Fault codes codes and read data stream. Fault setting switch bank will be provided to induce faults in the training module to showcase the fault and to diagnose faults. The rig will be supplied with diagnostic unit accompanied by software and service manual. & all accessories required for the full feature functioning /training of the rig will be supplied along with dust cover for the entire rig.
