The lower ends of the belts fix with the discharge head. The three steel wire ropes are winded on the winch pulley and fastened with the lifting pulley through a turn, Buckle. The turn buckles help to adjust the length of ropes. Hose is from special waterproof, Polyester fabric. The length of the hose depends upon the height of telescopic chute. The upper and lower side of hose is fixed at the inlet head and discharge hood. Discharge head the tail enddischarge head assembly is the bottom a component of the unloading spout. This assembly is different for a closed & open unloading. If there happens to be closed loading the assembly consists of conical shaped discharge hood. The shroud is connected to a lifting cone through three lifting rods. The lifting cone is fastened to the lower end of three steel ropes. Discharge hood sits on the shroud and both are lowered & raised together. When the spout is at extended position, The conical portion of the discharge head recline on the tanker opening and the shroud along goes inside the tanker.
