The business of Cenlub Industries Limited is the design, production, and distribution of centralized lubrication systems for a range of machinery, plants, and equipment. Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana, established it in 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956, and it is a listed (public limited) company on the Bombay Stock Exchange. All machinery, equipment, and plants must have lubrication since it prolongs the life and increases the efficiency of the machine by lowering part wear and tear. The lubricating oil creates a layer between the moving elements of the machine, reducing friction and heat generation in the process, allowing the machine's parts to operate at temperatures that are safe for their use.
