Chemcoat Chemical Industries uses cutting edge Fusion Process & Technology to produce premium Metallic Stearates and PVC Stabilizers, such as Zinc, Tribasic Lead Sulfate, Calcium, Cadmium, Barium, and Dibasic Lead Pthallate. The plant is equipped with large diameter SS-316 Centrifuges and SS-316 Steel Reactors, and seamless SS-316 quality coils are used for faster heat transfer. With less effluent, the sophisticated fusion process contributes to maintaining a clean environment. We feel that constant process improvement leads to perfection in our 17,500 square foot computer-simulated plant. We are located 14 kilometers from Mumbai in the chemical heartland of Asia, off the extremely busy Thane Belapur Road. The closest train station is Vashi, followed by Turkhey and Savita Chemical, Pawane bus stop.
