Health is wealth. This english proverb needs no explanations, As it says what it means. What is an illness? dis, Ease, Means which does not ease, Which is not suitable is disease. Our body faces mall sorts of diseases in our life span, Several of them are minor others are major. Modern science classifieds them in 3 major categories, I. E. Curable, Incurable & managable. Same as in ayurveda they devide diseases in 3 parts, I. E. Sadhya curable, Asadhya incurable & yapya managable . What is balanced diet? according to ayurveda, The diet which has six types of tastes, I. E. Sweet, Sour, Spicy, Bitter, Salty. According to modern science, The food which has fat, Protein, Carbohydrate, Minerals, And water is balanced diet. If a person takes adiquet balanced diet according to his/her bmr, He/she is designed to stay fit. We have several forms of paths that i have mentioned above. All these methods help to get rid of diseases by medicines, Or operations or other methods. But apart of this, Patient must have has food that suits to his disease. In ayurveda it is called pathya aahaar. Exercise is another way to stay fit and healthy. Walking, Swimming, Gymnasium, Yoga are diverse forms of exercises. One cane be stay healthy by adopting one or more exercises.
