Jb industries was started by 2 with enthusiasm, Young brothers to do something spectacular & prove the worth of them to the society. Milind bane & jagdish bane, Both in their 20 s, Decided to start an industry, Fulfilling needs of clients, Wanting comparatively small components with exceptional accuracy. Their aim was to focus on components, Requiring good amount skill regarding tooling along with production . Their back, Ground of working in other small scale industries was very useful here. They started with small components like electrical switch contacts, Manufactured in good quality brass & needing very high precision as well as very cost, Effective production. Here, The quantities being very high, Even a saving of 0. 5 paisa, Reflected saving in a multitude of rupees, Which was substantial at that period. One brother, Milind, Had exposure to engineering education, Leading to diploma in mechanical engineering, While the other, Jagdish had very thorough experience in tooling & production. This combination helped them to properly divide their energies to fruitful purposes. One concentrated his energies for sales & business administration, Accounts & material purchase, The other one, Concentrated fully in production, Planning & tooling. This combination worked very well to advantage of them as well as customers. Starting from switch contacts, They graduated to further complicated components. During the period, They developed a very innovative technique of thread forming on metal shells, Which were used as lamp holders in many applications. Later, They specialized themselves to this so much that, Some other lamp holder manufacturers started requesting enable them to deliver these components manufactured at jb industries. The ingenuity & skills participating in the fabrication stage, Who suggested manufacture of halogen lamp holders for their production. This opened a new avenue many varieties of lamp holders & related products / units were developed by the duo.
