Beginning with cotton yarn, the business was established in 2003. With a capacity of 20 million meters per year, it developed its first cutting-edge denim unit in 2006. With an annual capacity of 70 million meters, the company is currently among the biggest producers of denim fabric in India. The decision was made in 2011 by the corporation to expand into Terry towel in order to bolster its weaving branches. With a 24000 kg/day capacity, it set up its first terry towel factory in Kolhapur.
